At Hudson Blu, your satisfaction is our number one concern. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to reach a solution!

Before requesting your return, please review our return policy and restrictions below.

Personalised Items Return Policy

All customised products are final sale due to the personalised nature of monogrammed gifts.

If your order is flawed because of a mistake on our part, we'll replace it as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

Non-Personalised Items Return Policy

If our returns department receives the merchandise within 14 days of delivery, an online gift card code or refund can be issued to the original form of payment.

If our returns department receives the merchandise within 15-30 days of delivery, an online gift code will be sent to the email address provided on your original order. 

We do not accept the return of earrings for hygiene reasons unless product is faulty.

We do not offer exchanges.

Because merchandise is available in limited quantities, we are unable to offer exchanges. We suggest placing a new order for any items you want and following our return policy as outlined above.
